Participants
Participants should be Maryland addiction service providers or leaders of addiction-service providing organizations.
The Program
Participants in this eight-month program gain the knowledge and tools needed to cultivate workforce engagement, resilience, professional development, and effectiveness within their organizations and beyond. The learning community establishes participants as leaders in workforce strategies within their organization and field while delivering immediate value to their organizations. Participants receive tailored resources, coaching, and practical strategies to improve job quality and retention, alongside opportunities to network and share insights with like-minded peers in a small, focused cohort.
Our team will support you to understand your organization's strengths and opportunities to build on them, develop a plan of action, and pilot an organizational intervention that is tailored for your setting and aligned with research. We'll share weekly burnout-prevention, resilience, and wellbeing content that you can share within your organization, and we'll co-create a community of like-minded workforce champions to continue the work in the ways the group decides, with the opportunity to build a sustainable virtual community and stay connected.
